Verify & Validate
We regard it as crucial that we are able to verify that a product is what it is supposed to be in terms of its specification. Equally important is that we validate to the customer that the product will do what it is supposed to do.
The importance of these functions means that before we commence work on any job we need to be clear as to what the customer wants and what the product needs.
Prior to conducting work therefore, we use a structured iterative approach to fully document and understand the technology, specifications, operating parameters and operating environment of the modules to be re-manufactured. We also work with the customer to ascertain whether there is ‘improvement’ potential within the product during the re-manufacturing process.
Further detailed procedures also allow us to be confident that we are meeting product, process, cost, quality and delivery objectives/targets. These same procedures also give us the appropriate level of control over the supply chain.
Planned product and process inspections coupled with product testing ensures that the product will perform to the required criteria. However, because we have flexible manufacturing processes we are able to quickly adjust to changing demands.

Understand assembly requirements and settings- dedicated tooling and fixtures to provide capability. Fully trained workforce participating in the development of the process and FMEA’s. Robust final inspection. 100% machine test often used. Continual improvement as process matures. Build team involvement.
